The story: A young Canadian couple is taking a trip via motorcycle.
At the same time, a family of three are traveling along the same road.
At the very moment that the family stop to check a map to make sure they are traveling in the right direction and they happen to be stuck in the middle of the road - due to their car stalling when put into reverse, the young couple on the motorcycle come upon the family and see them just a little too late to miss crashing into them.
Suddenly, the couple traveling via motorcycle are trapped under their burning motorcycle.
Off in the distance, there is a small experiential hospital, where some of its patients happen to witness this crash via binoculars.
They call on the head of the hospital and they send for an ambulance to bring the couple in for assistance.
The man of the couple is not badly hurt and gets on with a metal rod put in his shoulder to help its healing process but the woman, she suffers from a large wound under her arm.
The doctor at the hospital performs immediate surgery on the woman, stating she would not have survived the crash without it.
But what the surgery consists of - leaves the employees and inhabitants of the hospital thinking maybe the woman's surgery wasn't the best thing to do.
