Grace explains she can't go because, hell-oh! it's Halloween, even though she could use the break.
Jean wants to help Grace. She thinks Grace needs a break and a night to herself.
Grace and Rick end up at the local hipster coffeehouse, which is doing poetry readings.
Grace reads a poem she wrote while dressed in her Halloween costume.
