The story: Halloween is a complete wash out with flood warnings all around.
Mrs. Cassidy drops her teacup on the floor when the power goes out and she freaks.
She tells of an Irish Halloween curse that someone will die because the teacup broke.
That's when a mysterious man named G. Reaper shows up at the door, speaking of getting out of the rain...
Mrs. Cassidy is convinced that Mr. Reaper is part of the curse and everything bad that happens is because of him.
