The story : Jared is a pastors son.
He has done most everything in his life up to this point purely to please his loving , adoring parents.
When he goes off to college he has his first homosexual encounter but he is struggling with it.
Then his parents find out and under the guidance of someone who has experienced such a matter in the past , send Jared off to conversion therapy...
Jared tries really hard to "change" purely for the benefit of his parents acceptance.
But the longer he endures such "therapy" the more he realizes it is not a healthy place for him to be.
