Ghosts mean different things in different religions and cultures.
Ghosts can be benevolent as well as malicious and ghost stories are about casting its past on the present.
They make us question 'is there something else?'
Vampires , werewolves , zombies , people don't really believe that stuff is real.
But ghosts? People can believe in ghosts...
