The story : Steve is a high school student.
His parents have just relocated him and his family from the city to the small town of Cradle Bay , to make a change for the better.
Very quicky , Steve makes friends with school outcasts Gavin , U.V. and Rachel.
His new friends fill him in on the cliques and what their agendas are.
Gavin seems completely paranoid to his friends , as he believes the clean-cut , goody-goody group known as Blue Ribbons are simply devils in disguise.
Gavins friends dont believe any of it until they see his tranformation of a rebellious kid into a Blue Ribbon.
