The story: The day before Halloween Malcolm, Reese and Dewey go on a tour in their neighborhood of all the places where murders have taken place.
They find out that their house is one of those places.
On the day of Halloween, Lois has to work. So she makes sure that Reese and Dewey take Jamie trick or treating.
Malcolm is sick so he doesn't go along.
Instead, he stays home and does some research on the internet about the murders in their house.
All the information he finds he tells Hal about, which totally freaks him out.
