The story : Dr. Fred Mulberry is distracted by his boss when he is forced away from helping his wife.
Fred is needed at the mental institution to sign some papers for a client. Well that's what he thinks anyways.
Actually , Fred has a twin brother - Ted , who has spent his whole life in the mental institution.
Fred is the person who has to sign the papers to keep Ted in the institution.
When Fred gets over to the institution he runs into some bad luck and while there his twin escapes the institute in disguise as him....leaving Fred in his place.
