Filmed entirely in New York , Vermont and California.
The story : Sonny Paluso and Donald Quinelle are two men who live very different lives yet they have something in common.
They are both recently unemployed.
While having breakfast at a local diner , the two men meet due to a hold up in the diner.
When Donald is shot trying to stop the gunman , Donald and Sonny become more acquainted.
The attempted robbery has changed both mens lives.
Sonny doesn't exactly want to continue reliving the robbery , but Donald has changed everything in his life because of it.
Donald vows to become less of a wimp and more of a real man by defending himself more aggressively and he insists on taking Sonny along.
