The story : Jill Kinmont is doing well. She is working as an elementary school teacher and living with her widow mother.
Without mother , Jill cannot do most anything. The two are pretty much inseparable.
Love has been on Jills' mind for a while now but she is afraid that she is just too needy in the help department.
She's been dating but there are no real sparks.
When Jill starts renting a new home she meets her new handsome , sweet landlord.
The two become really close and yea , that totally works out.
