The story : Hoover , the local sheriffs son , enjoys driving really fast around town with his friends.
Hoover takes his friends over to the local Halloween race that's going on when they are actually suppose to be working.
While there , Hoover sees a chick that he really digs and decides to talk to her.
She doesnt exactly want anything to do with him until she finds out one of his favorite past times is getting speeding tickets.
The chick decides she wants Hoover to take her for a ride.
But she doesnt want to ride in any old car , she wants a ride in the first place winning racers car.
