The story: One evening, two young guys cross the border into Barrio, Mexico in hopes of hooking up with some guy named Pedro they've never even met.
By chance, a creepy Mexican guy shows up while their waiting and tells them he knows Pedro and that they should go with him til Pedro shows up.
So they do.
The creepy Mexican guy tells them three creepy stories, all things that have happened in Barrio to people he knows or knew.
