"This movie is based on actual events.
30,000 people are reported missing in Australia every year.
90 % are found within a month.
Some are never found."

Released December 25th in the US.
Filmed entirely in Australia.
The story: Two girls and a guy are planning a two-week hiking trip together in a popular tourist area known to Australians as Wolf Creek.
Before they leave for their destination, they have a fun night of partying with friends - then they are off.
They travel a full day, stay a night at a camp and finally make it to Wolf Creek later the next day, where they do some hiking.
That is until it starts raining out.
When they get back to their car, it will not start and they become stranded in the rain, in the dark unfamiliar night of Wolf Creek.
Eventually, some help comes along in the form of a man with a tow truck offering the friends and their car some assistance.
The friends accept but, after a while of traveling along a dark unknown road to the man's house, they begin to think that maybe they haven't made the right choice.
The friends give the man the benefit of the doubt and believe him when he says he will fix their car, but the man has other things in mind for the friends.
