The story: A mother and her seemingly normal teenage son Charles, happen to be legendary-type vampires with morphing powers on a nomadic plight of survival and they only have each other left.
The two have burned all their bridges in the town they were residing and have recently relocated to another town.
Charles understands what his mission in life is all about and unfortunately, it is not to make friends.
When he meets a nice girl from school the two take a personal liking to each other.
Charles shortly begins courting her which is not part of his mission.
But Charles has more in mind than love.
His plans involve survival and this big secret Charles must keep hidden in order to survive.
This secret becomes a bit of a burden after getting close to some people in town.
He ends up revealing his secret to his new girlfriend although she isn’t the first to find out and she isn’t too pleased with the idea.
But hopefully, she will be the last.
