Based on real-life experiences in sorts of the author of the story, Richard Matheson.
First aired on ABC as a made for TV movie of the week, December 18th in the US.
Later was made longer and more graphic for a theater release, then on to DVD.
Filmed entirely in California.
The story: A door-to-door salesman is driving a desolate California highway while working.
He happens to pass a trailer truck which later, he finds out, he should have never passed - on account that the driver of the truck is not only insane but has a real serious case of road rage!!
