The story : Growing up , twin brothers good boy Hal and bad boy Bill only had their single mother to depend on.

Only stories of their father and some of his things kept his memory alive for them.

When Hal and Bill begin looking through their fathers things for the first time they find an old toy monkey , which they become curious of.

Soon , the boys realize that there is something malicious about that toy monkey that has begun doing in the people they care about the most.

Song Sung Blue (2025)

The story: Mike Sardina is a recovering alcoholic who has attended meetings for 20 years to keep things steady.

He works as a mechanic, but his love is being a musical entertainer.

While at a gig at the Milwaukee State Fair where Mike is supposed to perform as Don Ho, he meets impersonator/performer Claire.

Because Mike refuses to perform as Don Ho, Claire suggests, among others, that he try his hand at impersonating Neil Diamond.

He refuses, but after Claire explains the money he could make, he decides to consider her idea.

The two meet up after Mike's performance at the State Fair and decide that they should try collaborating.

Neither are songwriters, but both are great singers and performers.

What they decide on is a Neil Diamond tribute band calling themselves Thunder and Lightning.

They recruit help from friends to make up the rest of the band, and they are set.

When their act gets big really quick, Eddie Vedder from Pearl Jam invites them to open for a Pearl Jam show.

This puts them on the map, and things really begin to take off.

The couple now find that they are local celebrities.

But just before they are to debut their first tour, tragedy strikes, leaving them worse off than they were before they started.

The story: Mother Mary is a giant pop star.

One evening, on her birthday, she wants to do something special.

She, along with some friends, invite Imogen, a woman who has ties to the occult, over for a séance.

Things go horribly wrong for Mother Mary, causing her to lose control of her life and ultimately leaving her with no choice but to take some time off from work.

She can no longer eat or sleep but is set to make a comeback any day now.

Mother Mary decides to go and visit a longtime friend, Sam, whom she has lost contact with.

She wants to and has to reinvent herself.

Sam, a famous costume designer, was once the designer for Mother Mary and actually is part of the main reason for her fame and fortune.

Sam is bitter about how things went down between the two of them, while Mother Mary legitimately claims to not have disconnected with her on purpose.

After the two get over this hurdle, they learn that they both have something in common that's otherworldly, and because Sam remembers how close the two once were, she helps her break the tie that is binding Mother Mary...

The story: Early 1970's, small America. There is much suffering in society.

It seems the work ethic has been depleted due to a devastating civil war, and everything now is controlled by the military.

Every year there is a televised walking competition called 'The Long Walk'.

Its intention is to make productive adults out of otherwise lazy young men who would not normally have the means to make a life and living on their own due to the economic depletion.

The "walk" is considered to be inspiration for those young men watching the event on TV.

50 young men compete, one picked randomly from each state, to walk as long and as far as they can at a steady pace.

The prize is money and one wish granted.

But there can be only one winner.
