The story: Rob has gotten a really great job out of the country and his friends have all gotten together and planned a surprise going-away party for him.
One friend happens to have the honor of keeping Rob's video camera to record all sorts of stuff from his friends as a gift.
But when some sort of chaos suddenly strikes the city of Manhattan and the party is abruptly broken up, the video camera records all of the unbelievable madness.
