The story: As a young girl, Penny was involved in a tragic car accident along with her mother and father.
Penny was the only survivor.
Fast forward to the present day, Penny has agreed to go on a road trip with her doctor Orianna to the mountains to help cure her of her illness - a fear of cars.
Things go pretty well for the duo until they come upon a hitchhiker which Orianna hits with the car because she wasn't watching the road.
Seeing how the hitchhiker has seemed to have made it through the accident unharmed and just needs a ride now, Orianna sees it as only the right thing to do to assist in giving the lift.
Unfortunately for Penny and Orianna, giving the hitchhiker a ride turns out to be quite possibly the worst thing they could have ever done.
