Filmed entirely in Bulgaria.
The story: When two men are doing some work on a small town lake, one is suddenly pulled overboard and ripped apart.
The other man runs straight to the police.
At first, the police see the situation as a big joke, until the sheriff can see for himself.
Now, the sheriff, the one man who had seen his friend get pulled into the water and the game warden head out to the lake to stop the killing being done by some out-of-the-ordinary mutated crocodiles.
