The story: As a child, as much as Harry wanted to believe in Santa Claus he had absolutely no choice in finding out the hard way he was wrong.
As an adult, Harry works at, conveniently enough - a toy factory and get this - is obsessed with Santa Claus, every day of the year.
So obsessed is Harry that he decides, seeing how there isn't a real Santa Claus, that he can take the job into his own hands and make Santa a reality for all the ones who want to believe.
