Filmed entirely in Kansas.
The story: A forty-something woman who only wants to be happy and cares dearly for the small group of people in her life, lives a very meek existence.
She tries to be hopeful when things seem really hopeless spending most of her time caring for her wheelchair-bound father and wishing that her long lost fiancee of 19 years ago will once again return to her.
But when she finds out that her verbally abusive father has been purposely trying to ruin her life - everything finally just falls to pieces.
