Filmed in California.
The story: Otto is a bored teenager with no real sense of future.
He gets lucky when he meets up with a man who repossesses cars for a living and wants Otto to work with him.
Soon there is a car that all the local repossession agencies are looking for because it is worth a very large sum of cash, although no one knows why.
It becomes a fight to the finish when the repo companies learn there is some really important and out-of-the-ordinary about the car.
