Filmed entirely in Rhode Island.
The story: A dog in police training feels he is less than perfect at what he does.
He is captured one night when he is down on his luck and a mad scientist tries to test some of his experimental serums on him.
But when the dog gets nervous and makes a break for it, he ends up running into some of the other serums that the scientist has created.
This now gives the regularly ordinary dog superpowers and after finding a home, he soon finds himself fighting crime.
