The story: In the future, the world has become apocalypse due to a lack of gasoline.
One small group of survivors keeping themselves alive on plants are living in an abandoned hospital.
They take in a girl whom a few of the survivors have believed to have rescued.
But not after long people in the hospital start coming up missing and no one can figure out what's going on.
They are told by the stranger that there are cannibals living outside the hospital and there is no way to keep them from getting to them.
