The story: A Las Vegas cop dies in a motorcycle accident.
He then finds himself thrown into a cartoon land called Cool World...an animated other dimension created by Jack Deeds, who draws cartoons for a living.
One of Jack's creations is the female Holli Would.
She wants to be human and tries to talk Jack into helping her make that a reality.
