Raising Cane (1992)

The story: Family man Carter is a child psychologist that has been taking a break from work to spend time around his young daughter Amy.
His wife Jenny thinks its a good idea that he is spending a lot of time with their daughter but Carter does seem out of focus.
Jenny is afraid that Carter is having some issues that stem from his childhood , namely some trauma he endured from his deceased father.
But what Jenny doesn't realize is Carter's obsession with taking care of Amy and his past extreme experiences at the hands of his father have only just begun to make an appearance.
