The story : Twenty years ago , a college student decided to conjure up some of the Ghoulies with help of a summoning comic book...
The effect was only partial and the comic book got locked in the walls of the frat house bathroom.
Present day , it is prank time at the college.
Everything is about the best prank.
While in the bathroom , one frat guy finds the comic book by accident.
He takes it to class and the professor confiscates it.
Later on , the professor decides to the read the incantations inside the book to humor himself.
The result raises the Ghoulies from their slumber.
