Filmed in California.
The story : After two young boys are killed and disfigured in the desert , the police call in a rattle snake specialist.
The specialist believes that in fact the boys were attacked by snakes but he still has many questions , as rattle snakes don't usually attack so badly.
After lots of exploring , investigating and a few more snake attacks , it turns out there is a huge rattle snake den in an old mine.
Normally , rattle snakes don't live in large communes but this time , one of the knuckleheads in the army - Captain Delaney , is to blame.
It seems , Delaney was in charge of warfare and he had a baby...which was in a type of nerve gas form.
When his work project flew the coupe , Delaney chucked the nerve gas tanks into the mine and voila! instant massive rattle snake infestation!
