Jack and Jill (2011)

The story: Jack has a twin sister Jill who he hasn't spent a lot of time with since they were young.
Jack has invited his sister to be with him and his family for Thanksgiving since their mom died and Jill would not have anyone to spend the holiday with.
Shortly after Jill arrives, she gets on Jack's nerves, a lot.
Jack tries everything to get rid of his sister for a bit but all he ends up doing is upsetting her and that makes her stay even longer with him.
The ad company that Jack works for is looking to get Al Pachino to do an add for them and when Al takes a liking to Jacks's sister, well Jack sees a window of opportunity.
