The story: Ira Wells is a somewhat retired private investigator.
He looses one of his good friends, right before his eyes, without any explanation.
The next day, another friend introduces Ira to a lady who would like him to find her kidnapped kitty cat.
Ira doesn't take the idea seriously at all at first.
But then he gets word that the cat lady, was actually affiliated with his good friend that just past mysteriously.
