The story: Carl Allen is a loan officer at a bank who is stuck in his humdrum boring day-to-day life.
Carl continuously blows off his friends when they ask him to do anything with them.
His friends are in fear that he will end up a very alone and lonely guy.
One day during a lunchtime break, Carl runs into an old friend.
The old friend convinces Carl to attend a seminar which he himself has been attending.
So Carl attends and the seminar changes Carls's life forever.
