This is based on true events, made-for-TV movie, airing on the Lifetime Movie channel, January 23rd in the US.

The story: At a high school in Gloucester, Massachusetts it seems to be becoming a sort of a fad that many girls have become pregnant before the age of 18.
Many townspeople believe the issue is a problem, others are in denial.
A web blogger for teens issues gets word of what's going on in the small town and decides to do a piece with many of the girls and their families affected.
