The story: An eccentric mailman has a fear of dogs due to his mail route.
While watching the son of a neighbor/lady whom he would like to date, he ends up befriending, unknown to him, an FBI dog who has gotten loose from the witness protection program with the help of the young boy whom he has been babysitting.
