This is a remake of the 1977 film of the same title.

The story: Dick is a happy and very successful businessman working for a company he only wishes he can get a promotion from.
When it becomes his turn to step up the ladder he actually blows his big-time chance due to circumstances beyond his control.
Now his happy life along with his wife and young son slowly begins to take many turns for the worst.
That is until Dick can no longer take it and comes up with one final brilliant plan to stick it back to the man who is responsible for his near bankruptcy.
