The story: There are very few people left with special psychic powers these days.
These extra ordinaries are referred to as scanners.
Some of these scanners are in hiding due to one very powerful evil scanner, who demands that the remaining scanners follow his commands or die.
But one is bound to save the innocent ones and destroy the evil for good.
