The story: A politician named Al Donnelly is involved in a close race against a Governor named Tracey.
When things start to look good for Al in the winning area - Tracey looks for a way to side-swipe Al's campaign.
Hence, Al's chubby gym teacher brother Mike.
Mike is nowhere near a politician but he tries to help his brother out in anyway he can.
Al just ends up getting really frustrated with him seeing his brother as an embarrassment.
