The story: A young man meets a young woman at the local store.
He is a local and notices she is not but tries to get to know her.
The two share some time together and he gives her a ride home.
When they finally kiss, early the next morning, she bites him because (what else!) she is a vampire and just cannot help herself.
He almost instantly feels sick and ends up walking home because unfortunately, his truck broke down.
When he almost arrives home and can be seen in the distance by his father and sister - he ends up getting scooped up by a passing van.
The occupants of the van picked him up because the girl that bit him is part of this family of sorts.
A family of vampires who believe he will now become one of them.
The group ride endlessly, trying to always be unnoticed, feed when they need to and stay away from the sunlight.
Meanwhile, the young man's dad and little sister never give up hope of finding him and saving him from his kidnappers.
