The story : Leigh , who claims to be 29 hahaha but in all reality , the role of "Leigh" is played by Lauren Hutton and she was 35 when this came out. Yea I know how that happens....
I will admit , she is extremely young looking but the creases in her cheek bones gave her age away.
Sorry "Leigh". You're beautiful anyways.
Okay so , Leigh is a 29 year old who is eager to get into a new place and start fresh.
A previous relationship that didn't end well has made it possible for her to get a new , expensive stylish place with a wide open view.
At the same time , some creepy-time freak has been harassing women by watching them in their homes , all in high rise buildings , through a telescope.
Soon Leigh is receiving strange phone calls. Then even stranger gifts.
She goes to the police but they cannot arrest people for sending bathing suits and making prank phone calls , so it goes on.
Leigh cant take it anymore so she makes sure she finds out who this creeper is and puts an end to it all , by herself , once and for all.
