The story : Joe is a hired gun man with some major trauma that torments him.
His weapon of choice is a ball peen hammer but when the occasion calls for one , he uses a gun.
A very important New York Senator has a troubled 13-year-old daughter who continuously runs away from home.
He wants her back.
She has been taking off ever since her mother offed herself a couple years back and going to stay at a brothel where under aged girls are put to work.
Typically no one can stop Joe.
But when his plan doesn't go exactly as planned , things get hairy for him.
Instead of giving up on saving the young girl , he makes its his soul mission.
