I Bought A Vampire Motorcycle (1990)

Released sometime in 1990 in the US.
Filmed in England.
The story : Noddy is a bike enthusiast.
He gets word that there's a new bike at the local shop and decides to buy it.
The next morning Noddy tries driving the bike to work but he cannot get it to start.
But later that night it starts right up and Noddy is off into the night.
While riding , the bike freaks out , acting like it has a mind of its own , messing with a known biker gang.
Noddy thinks this is really strange but really doesn't think much more about it.
The next day , same thing ,  Noddy tries starting the bike but it won't start.
But later that night , the bike starts and Noddy and his best gal Kim go out on the town.
While at a bar they have a run in with the biker gang due to the bike.
After getting out of that mess , Noddy and Kim go on to order some Chinese take away.
But when Kim yells to Noddy to get some Garlic Prawns  , off the bike goes in an attempt to take Kim out because of her garlic request...
Soon it becomes obviously apparent to Noddy that his new bike has a taste for blood and some how has become a vampire.
That's when he recruits the help of a ninja priest...
