Filmed in Ohio.
The story : A young woman working for the town is sent to all the run-down apartment buildings in the area to serve the elderly tenants papers of relocation and make sure that they do so.
The young woman , seen as the enemy no doubt , has succeeded in evacuating most of the buildings on the street. All except for one.
The elderly tenants in the building just do not want to leave their beloved homes but the young woman serves most of them their papers anyways , claiming it is out of her hands.
On the day threatened for the tenants to leave their homes , most of them are packed , at the door and willing to go.
Only two are not with the others.
One of the two is terrorfied of leaving the only home she's ever known.
But not to worry. Her friends will see to it that none of them have to go.
