The story: Rocko would really like it to snow this year to help him get in the holiday spirit.
Since it hasn't snowed he figures he will throw a small Christmas party to get in that holiday state of mind.
So Rocko invites a few friends to his party and those few friends invite a bunch more friends to the party.
Only there may not be any party at all due to Ed Bigheads' big, mean mouth.
