The story: Mr. Popper is a work-hungry, divorced father of two young'ens.
His father, who has recently passed, was a wild adventurer - traveling the world alone along the seas.
At the reading of his dad's will, Mr. Popper is advised that his dad had left him one last souvenir.
Mr. Popper isn't excited or even interested in this last keepsake from his father.
Yet in time, the gift will teach him once again the things that he thought were gone from his life forever.
