The story: The day before the town's big Valentines' day dance Dana's boyfriend dumps her, saying they should see other people.
She isn't happy and is convinced dating is a complete joke.
Now Dana hates Valentine's day.
J.T.s tells Cody Frank won't give him $300. to rent a limo for the dance.
Cody explains that his friend has a limo and will rent it to him for $50 if he drives it himself.
But Frank still won't give him the cash.
Cody has one more brilliant idea that is sure to work and cover the price of the limo.
All Carol's stylists have called out sick on her busiest day of the year, so she asks Frank to help her.
