The story : While on a camping trip in the desert with his family , young autistic Mikey is wandering around when he falls into an underground cave.
There , he finds some really cool rocks sporting glyphs and decides to take them home with him , without telling anyone about them or what he found.
Now normally Mikey is slightly off kilter but his family expects strange behavior from him , making it easier to deal with.
As soon as the rocks enter the familys home , really weird stuff begins happening.
The only hint to something changing is Mikey's affliction to anyone touching his backpack and his new , invisible friend.
But things escalate quickly and instead of Mikey just being quirky he becomes dangerous and a threat to himself and the rest of the family.
