The story : Haley Wesley is a happy , busy young wife and mother of 10 month old Maddison.
Life for Haley could not be any better.
On the morning of Friday May 18 , 2007 Haley took baby Maddison along to her old place of employment in Napa , California.
Haley had not seen any of her fellow employees or employer since Maddions birth.
After showing off her little bundle of joy , Haley was off again to Angwin , California for work.
Normally Haley would drop little Maddison off at daycare before going into work.
But on this particular day , she was traveling in the complete opposite direction...
This change of events , mixed with a bit of sleep deprivation caused a train wreck in the following hours.
Haley went into work and stayed the next 6 hours.
After leaving work , remembered that she had about an hour before she had to pick up Maddison from daycare and continued on home.
But when Haley went to go and get Maddison from daycare , she realized that her baby was still inside the car because she had not dropped her off that day.
