Released August 30th in the US.
Filmed in California and Alabama.
Based on truths.
The story: Moose is a nice enough guy but he isn't really right in the head.
He gets really excited about things that he enjoys, which is nice and all, but Moose does take things to another level...
Moose loves movies, he has all of his life, and some, along with the actors, really inspire him something fierce.
His best friend is Leah. Leah is paparazzi, so she always knows where the stars are.
Leah tells Moose that Hunter Dunbar, who happens to be Moose's most favorite actor, will be attending a party.
They decide to sneak in so Leah can get photos and Moose can meet Hunter, but Moose gets kicked out.
That's okay though because the next day, Hunter will be signing his new book at Moose's favorite comic book shop.
Moose makes his way there and just as it's Moose's turn to meet Hunter, Hunter steps away.
Moose cannot control his excitement and decides to try and talk to Hunter while he is handling some personal business, but that doesn't go well and he really doesn't get to properly meet him.
Leah tells Moose about an app that locates stars' homes. She makes Moose promise to not bother any stars, that goes for Hunter as well.
But when Moose finds Hunter's house and Hunter sees him, that doesn't work out well either.
That does not stop Moose though, he really just wants to be friends with Hunter because he just loves him.
