Story 1: At a bookstore/coffee shop, Sara struggles to hold her books and coffee while trying to get out the door.
Nice guy Barry gets the door for her.
Outside, Barry apologizes for being awkward about getting the door but helps Sara carry her books down the street home.

Sara is impressed that Barry even noticed her and Barry is flattered...
The small talk gets heavy.
Sara invites Barry inside for a glass of wine but he passes...that is until he hears what he believes to be Sara singing inside. Her singing puts him in a trance.
When he comes to, he applauds Sara's singing and with that, she invites him inside once more.
This time, Barry does not hesitate to take up her offer.

Just as they sit down to enjoy a glass of wine together, Sara accidentally spills the wine on herself and Barry.
When she takes off to change her dress, Barry goes to the restroom.
Trying to get the wine off of his pants, Barry comes across something that completely terrifies him.
Story 2: A demonic plague has taken over the world, wreaking havoc on anyone and everyone while unleashing demons.
The only hope in this hopeless situation are the Meter Readers, a few select chosen ones who are more immune to the plague than others and can identify and cure the plague before it spreads.
The Meter Readers spend their time visiting the homes that bare red X's on their front doors, trying to help the possessed ones who live at each residence.
Meter Reader Dalton visits the household where teenager Mercy lives.
Mercy apparently has been affected and Dalton is there to try and help Mercy rid herself of the demon ailing her.
Dalton has been away from home for three long days. His family is hopeful. Hopeful that life as they know it will be back to normal soon and that Dalton is helping that along.
Dalton has left his family with unwaiving instructions that if he returns home, after 7pm, they are not to let him inside, no matter what.
When Dalton returns, minutes after 7, his wife and son are excited that he has returned.
But his daughter has reservations about believing it is in fact her father who has made it back.
