The story: This year, Samantha is helping out with trick or treat for UNICEF, by making Halloween costumes for Tabitha and some of the children in the neighborhood.
Endora isn't happy about it though and as usual, she blames Darrin.
She feels the costumes are insulting to all witches.
Darrin tells Endora she cannot do a thing about how Samantha, Tabitha, and Darrin are celebrating Halloween.
But that only angers Endora more, making her change Darrin into a witch for revenge.
