The story: Maud is a quiet God-fearing woman...
She has recently gone from working in a hospital to in-home hospice care.
Maud is sent to care for Amanda, a once-great dancer who has been reduced to bed due to cancer.
At first, Amanda doesn't pay much attention to Maud but soon takes a liking to her.
Maud becomes quite infatuated with Amanda, actually wanting to save her soul.
When Maud oversteps her boundaries with Amanda, she is let go.
Now Maud's only mission is a complete concentration on her faith in God.
